Where I Started

I'm Rose, a creative entrepreneur and operations specialist who spent over a decade learning how businesses actually work before deciding to build my own. As a kid, drawing was my escape — a blank page was somewhere to go when life felt heavy. That instinct to create never left me, but for years it took a back seat to a different kind of skill set.

The Operations Years

For more than ten years, I worked in business operations. I redesigned broken workflows, built automation, and turned complicated processes into clean, scalable systems. I trained in Six Sigma methodology, managed data across enterprise platforms, performed analytics for major purchasing organizations, and built advanced Excel systems that ran reconciliation and compliance for top-tier clients across healthcare, hospitality, education, and government. I learned how to translate complexity into something practical — and how to be the person others relied on to make things run right.

A New Chapter in Crypto

Then life shifted, the way it does, and I decided to bet on myself. In January I entered the crypto space, investing in Bitcoin and DOGE and participating in the Trump coin moment in 2025, drawn to the idea of taking part in the future of currency. That path led me to the Doginal Dogs community — the most active community on X — where I found far more than a market. I've grown through spaces like The Great Reset with Bark, which is more mindset focused and centered on crypto based investments, and the Finance Show with Shibo. Through the community I've learned about crypto, mindset, philosophy, and financial literacy. It has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life.

Building The Rose Method

I founded The Rose Method, a creative studio offering brand design, photography, custom banner services, and creative direction for founders, creators, and community-driven brands. A cornerstone of that work has been creating branding for the Doginal Dogs community, where I've been able to bring my design and creative direction to a space I care about deeply. My role there goes beyond design. I bring comedy to the spaces and to the stage, push positivity, and hold room for real conversations. I love helping create culture, starting trends, making memorable moments, and encouraging people to be exactly who they are — even if that's weird, quirky, or whimsical. Mostly, I try to remind people to lead with the heart, to be brave, and to treat kindness as a strength rather than a softness.

The Rose Colored Lens

What makes my work different is that I don't separate the two halves. Most people are either the operator or the artist. I'm both. I can design the brand and build the system that scales it, and I can help build the culture that makes people want to belong to it. At its core, my brand is about looking at life through a different lens — the rose colored one. Not to ignore the hard parts, but to find what's worth building inside them. I create, I document, I teach, and I help people turn something raw into something real.
